Through our hospitality division, Elite Hospitality & Management (EHM), we proudly manage a diverse collection of hotels and resorts across Cambodia. Our operations span major urban centers, coastal destinations, island retreats, and nature reserves—delivering consistent excellence in guest experience, innovation, and sustainability.
Our portfolio includes Palace Gate Hotel & Resort and Palace Gate Hotel & Residence in Phnom Penh, Eden Beach Resort, Sandy Beach Resort, Tube Resort, and One Beach Resort on Koh Rong Sanloem, and Caravan Hotel and Smile Boutique Hotel in the heart of Phnom Penh. In the natural landscapes of Kirirom, we manage Camping Park, Romdoul Kirirom Resort, Romhaey Kirirom Resort, and Lomhae Kirirom Resort. In Koh Kong, our properties include Koh Apikjun Resort, Koh Sdach Resort, and the Royal Beach Resort & Residence. Community Mall
Eden Garden Mall is Cambodia’s premier garden-themed lifestyle and entertainment center. Managed by Luxelite Group, it houses a curated mix of global and local brands, restaurants, cinemas, lounges, and cafes.

SME Construction
Luxelite Group drives high-quality construction and technical services through its SME-focused subsidiaries: Luxelite Decor & Architecture, Elite Aircon & Accessories, and Elite Maintenance.
Luxelite Decor & Architecture handles premium project design and execution. Elite Aircon supplies efficient air conditioning systems for commercial and residential properties. Elite Maintenance specializes in air conditioning installation, repair, and upkeep, providing reliable climate control support for Luxelite’s internal portfolio and external partners.
Food & Beverages
With decades of experience in Cambodia’s food and beverage industry, Luxelite Group creates F&B brands that combine standout cuisine with strong brand identity. Our mission is to lead with quality, concept-driven design, and service that consistently meets evolving guest expectations.

Vegetable Distribution
Established in 2024, Srey Roth Fruit is Luxelite Group’s dedicated food distribution company, focused on delivering Cambodia’s finest vegetables, fruits, and meats. We supply high-quality, fresh and frozen products to hotels, nightclubs, restaurants, and retail partners across the country.
With strong sourcing networks and competitive buying power, Srey Roth provides consistent quality and pricing across all categories—including fresh produce, proteins, frozen goods, and ambient items. Elite Maintenance & MEP specializes in the installation, repair, and servicing of air conditioning systems. Our technicians ensure efficient, uninterrupted performance for both commercial and residential clients—making climate control one less thing to worry about.

Spa & Wellness
Camsense Spa is Luxelite Group’s signature wellness brand, rooted in Khmer design and dedicated to restoring balance through natural Cambodian therapies. We blend traditional healing with local organic products to deliver deeply rejuvenating experiences in elegant, serene spaces.
Our main location is within Palace Gate Hotel & Resort by EHM, with additional in-house spa branches at Palace Gate Residence and across several EHM-operated hotels throughout Phnom Penh. Each spa reflects our signature style, natural textures, calming scents, and techniques inspired by Khmer wellness wisdom.
