On November 14, 2023, Luxelite Group sets the stage for a dynamic future with its Strategic Planning Workshop 2024, attended by the esteemed General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Chairman. This workshop was held to help participants understand the Strategic Management Framework, SWOT Analysis, and Strategy Development, Boston Consulting Group Matrix, Strategic Map, Key Success Factors, and annual plan.
After the Strategic Planning Workshop, the managers and business leaders will produce the strategic and plan, which will be applied across multiple business sectors and we hope that our organization will perform well and grow in the coming year.
