Role Description
- Analyze company workflows and identify opportunities for AI integration and operational improvement.
- Design and maintain the organizational knowledge structure, including SOPs, policies, templates, reporting standards, and operational documentation.
- Build and improve AI-ready workflows for departments such as Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Management.
- Coordinate with department leaders to standardize information flow, reporting logic, and process documentation.
- Support the development of AI governance, data structure, and internal AI usage standards.
- Work closely with AI technical teams to align business operations with AI systems and automation tools.
- Assist management in developing long-term AI transformation strategies.
- Monitor new AI technologies and trends relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Develop and maintain AI-related systems such as:
– Smart guest service solutions
– AI Chatbot/customer support
– Smart Guest Service Bot
– AI Telegram Bot
Requirement
- Strong understanding of business operations and workflow management.
- Experience in process analysis, knowledge management, or organizational systems.
- Good understanding of AI tools, automation systems, and digital transformation concepts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Monitor new AI technologies and trends relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI, Data Science, or related field.
- Experience in AI/ML development, automation, or data analytics.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or related technologies.
